The gas sensitive material used in the MQ131 ozone gas sensor is tin dioxide (Sn02) with low conductivity in clean air. When there is ozone gas in the environment where the sensor is located, the conductivity of the sensor increases with the increase of ozone gas concentration in the air. A simple circuit can convert the change in conductivity into an output signal corresponding to the gas concentration. The MQ131 ozone gas sensor has high sensitivity to ozone and also has a certain sensitivity to strong oxidizing gases such as chlorine and nitrogen dioxide. It reacts in the opposite direction to organic interfering gases and ozone. Application areas: Household ozone concentration exceeding alarm, industrial ozone concentration exceeding alarm, portable ozone concentration detector. 1. Equipped with signal output indicator lights to indicate ▲ dual signal output (analog output and TTL level output); 2. TTL outputs a valid signal at a low level (the signal light is on when the output is low, and can be connected to 10 ports of the microcontroller); The analog output increases with increasing concentration, and the higher the concentration, the lower the voltage; 3. Has high sensitivity to ozone gas (detection concentration range of 10PPB-2PPM); 4. It has a long service life and reliable stability: 5. Fast response and recovery characteristics; 6. Equipped with mounting holes for easy fixation and installation; 7. The probe can be inserted and removed for easy testing.
