Lethbridge Chardonnay​ This is a Chardonnay that sits right in the middle of the style spectrum, and that’s exactly the point. Not too lean, not too rich. Just balanced, which is harder to get right than it sounds. Sourced from multiple vineyards across Geelong, it brings together different expressions into something cohesive. You get freshness from one site, texture from another, and structure from careful winemaking. It feels complete rather than driven by a single note. The approach in the winery follows that same idea. Whole bunch pressing, wild fermentation, full malolactic and time on lees in French oak. The oak is present but controlled, adding shape and a gentle creaminess without taking over the wine. On the palate, it opens with orchard fruit and citrus, then moves into something softer and more layered. White nectarine, fig, a light floral edge, all held together by clean acidity.
