Levosalbutamol (0.5 mg/5 ml): A bronchodilator that relaxes the muscles in the airways, leading to improved airflow and easier breathing. Guaifenesin (50 mg/5 ml): An expectorant that thins and loosens mucus in the airways, making it easier to cough up. Menthol (5 mg/5 ml): Provides a cooling sensation and relieves throat irritation, offering symptomatic relief. Indications: Alkof LS Syrup is primarily used for: Relieving cough with mucus. Alleviating symptoms of upper respiratory tract infections. Managing conditions like chronic bronchitis and bronchial asthma. Dosage & Administration: Adults: 10 ml every 8 hours. Children (6–12 years): 5 ml every 8 hours. Children (2–6 years): 2.5 ml every 8 hours. Shake the bottle well before use. Measure the prescribed dose using a proper measuring device.
